Fixes: - Initial balance for Activity Statement: Consider moves reconciled with moves that have different partner (use open amounts) - Reconciled moves for Detailed Activity Statement: Consider moves reconciled with moves that have different partner (they should appear). - Ending amounts should be correct in all cases. - Other minor fixes.
